Kellie Moss is a Global Health Policy Analyst at the Kaiser Family Foundation. Ms. Moss researches and authors original policy reports, briefs, and fact sheets focused on the U.S. government’s role in global health and engages in educational outreach to key stakeholders including government agencies, congressional staff, international and national organizations, and college students. Prior to joining the Foundation, Ms. Moss worked on foreign policy, global health, international development, and human rights issues for the Congressional Research Service, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, the U.S. Department of State, and a leadership office on Capitol Hill.
Ms. Moss holds an MPhil in social anthropology and a master’s degree in international business. A member of Phi Beta Kappa, she also holds bachelor’s degrees in international & area studies and letters. Ms. Moss is a Harry S. Truman Scholar and was a Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar.
