Risa Elias, M.P.P

Risa Elias is a Principal Policy Analyst with the Henry J. Kaiser Family Foundation’s Kaiser Commission on Medicaid and the Uninsured in Washington, D.C.  Her work focuses on health policy issues related to the Medicaid program, long-term care, and health insurance coverage for persons with disabilities.  The Kaiser Family Foundation is a non-profit, independent national health care philanthropy dedicated to providing information and analysis on health issues, and is not associated with Kaiser Permanente. Ms. Elias holds a Masters of Public Policy degree and a certificate of Health Services Research from the Georgetown University.
